Mark has over 14 years of property experience. After leaving university in Spain he returned to the UK where he worked in town and country planning. In the late 90's he took his knowledge and skills to the city where he worked as a property search agent supplying conveyancing reports.  Later, he launched his own property search company successfully operating as managing director.

He has carried out close to 1000 energy assessments and is a qualified domestic and commercial energy assessor. Using his experience in property surveys he could see a gap in the market for professional inventory provision. He has teamed up with SMART inventory which provides a PDA system for inventory clerks to process the inventory on site. He has honed his skills in inventory provision by obtaining qualifications from the academy of residential inventory clerks and licensed inventory portal.
